Where do you deliver to?
We deliver only to UK addresses. We also offer free local collection at our farmers markets during their business hours. You should to select this option in the checkout if you are planning to collect.
At which farmers markets do we offer click and collect?
Choose the click and collect option in your basket then go to checkout. Available farmers markets will appear on the checkout screen as a scroll down menu. You can see the collection day and time. Collection times are usually mornings until 1 or 2 pm. You should then select your choice of market and the date and time in the checkout menu. For instance Saturday markets will only allow you select a date coinciding with a Saturday.
When is the 'last orders' for click and collect from the Online Shop?
The latest time it is possible to make an order using our click and collect service is Thursday night for that weekends collection. A message saying a 24hr or 48hr delay is away of preventing orders being made too late. It does not mean a Saturday order will be there on Sunday.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We charge £6 for courier delivery to local addresses.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept payments using PayPal. All card details are transacted on the PayPal website.
How long will delivery take?
We offer next day delivery so our produce arrives to you in the best possible condition. Parcelforce are instructed to leave the parcel if you are out, so it is waiting for you on your return. Note: We despatch orders placed on Friday to Sunday evening on Mondays unless requested otherwise.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Our website is secured using SSL encryption over a https connection so your data is encrypted. All credit card information is transacted on the PayPal website. We never see your credit card details.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once we receive your order it goes to our harvesting and packing staff where it is freshly cut and packed ready for dispatch.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We can supply an invoice with your order.
